Mr. Ryan has been a senior executive and director of many public entities serving listed resource companies in the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Mr. Ryan holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
Mr. McGrath has extensive experience serving as CFO for various private and public resource companies in the mining and oil and gas sectors. Most recently, Mr. McGrath served as CEO/CFO of an international oil and gas producer with peak production of approximately 7,500 barrels of oil equivalent a day. Mr. McGrath is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.
