Chilean lawyer with over 25 years of experience in banking and retail finance in South America. Mr. Correa previously served as General Counsel/Compliance Officer of Scotiabank Chile and as CEO for a copper mining company in Cerro Negro, Atacama, Chile. Mr. Correa currently oversees the Company’s Santiago office.
Mr. Crosby has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2021. Mr. Crosby has served as an officer and director of several private and public mining companies during his career including Cadence Resources, High Plains Uranium, US Silver, and Western Goldfield.
Mr. May is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Managing Partner of City & Westminster Corporate Finance LLP, an FCA registered partnership. Mr. May was finance director of AIM listed Security Research Group PLC until December 2005 and Tomco Energy Plc until July 2011. He was also a non-executive director of AIM listed Petrolatina Energy Plc until March 2012. Mr. May is the executive chairman of Red Leopard Holdings plc and was chairman of Hayward Tyler Group Plc (both listed on AIM).
Ms. Earle is an experienced geologist and investor relations (IR) professional, currently serving as Managing Member of K. Earle Consulting, a corporate development advisory firm. She served as a Founding Member of the British Columbia Regional Mining Alliance, a regional partnership to promote mining investment in British Columbia. Previously, she served as IRO for Aegean Metals Group, and before that, as Corporate Communications Manager at Altan Nevada and Altan Rio Minerals. Prior to entering the IR space, Ms. Earle served as Geo Analyst at Infomine, and prior to that as a Field Geologist at Hunter Dickinson. Ms. Earle brings a proven record of board experience with junior mining companies, including serving on the boards of New Energy Metals Corp. and Questex Gold & Copper Ltd. She received her BS in Geology from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. McCutcheon is a tenured mining and finance professional with over 25 years of international business experience. He currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to Wealth Minerals, a developer of a lithium project in Atacama, Chile. Previous mining experience includes serving as CEO of Ashanti Gold Corp. and as CEO of Ovoca Gold Corp., which developed projects in West Africa and Russia, respectively. Prior to entering the mining sector, Mr. McCutcheon was a founding partner of DBM Capital partners, an asset management and advisory boutique with a focus on the metals and mining sector. Previously, he served as an award-winning analyst covering Russia’s metals and mining sector at Aton Capital, which was acquired by UniCredit in 2007. He draws on a strong history of related board experience, currently serving as a Director on the boards of Kenadyr Metals Corp. and Petropavlovsk Plc (an FTSE 250 gold mining company). Mr. McCutcheon has a BA in History and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
